We ship from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Shipping costs are added during checkout, however we offer free shipping for The Netherlands if the order value is over 150 euro, free shipping for Belgium and Germany if the order value is over 200 euro, free shipping for the rest of the European Union if the order value is over 250 euro and free shipping for European countries outside the EU if the order value is over 500 euro.

All orders are shipped via DHL. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. All orders are shipped with track & trace and insurance. You will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipment cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website, although the customer is still allowed to claim a refund. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. We cannot ship to PO Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties, which are not covered by Lucid Leah. These customs and import duties are at the customer’s expense.

We’re currently not offering standard fast shipping on our website, however please contact info@lucidleah.com in case you need help with any urgent delivery requests. We will evaluate if your request is possible and what costs are involved.
